Wavier of Claims.
Here at Blue Cat Fitness we understand that every body is different and that every body can react to exercise differently, so it is recommended that you seek advice from a qualified medical professional before starting an exercise programme to reduce the risk of injury etc. By participating in a blue cat workout you do so at your own risk. These risk may include but not be limited to risk of injury, aggravation of a pre-existing condition or adverse effects of over exertion for example muscle strain or feeling dizzy.
Please use good judgement and common sense when taking part in a fitness class or personal training session, please consider your fitness level and ability and choose the appropriate level to exercise at.
Please Make sure you have space to do your workout and look out for any trip hazards etc ensure that your floor is non-slip and please wear appropriate footwear. Make sure you take breaks as and when you need them and have access to a drink. If you feel dizzy or light headed or have any physical discomfort you should stop your workout session and seek medical advice.
These classes, personal training session and massages are in no way a medical consultation and no medical advice will be given.
While all possible precautions are taken to minimise any risk by joining in the blue cat fitness classes ( free or paid) , personal training, online or face to face, or have a massage treatment you understand you take part at your own risk and you waiver any claims against the instructor / Blue Cat fitness.
Thank you.
